What time can I check in and out?

Rooms are available from 4 pm and must be vacated by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are available as options (€30).

Is breakfast included?

The buffet breakfast, with local and homemade produce, is served from 7.30 to 10 am. It costs €17 per adult and €12 per child, or is included depending on the rate.

Is the hotel at the foot of the slopes?

Yes. The hotel is at the foot of the Alpe d'Huez slopes, in the Signal district, at 1,850 m.

Is there a ski room?

Yes, a ski and bike room is available. Reception also offers preferential rates on equipment rental.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome at the hotel.

Is there parking nearby?

There is a public car park close to the hotel.

Can I have flowers in my room?

Yes, we can arrange flowers in your room for a supplement of €40. Mention it when booking or contact reception.

Can I get extra towels?

Yes, free of charge, just ask at reception.

Do you have baby cots?

Yes, free of charge on request. Mention it when booking so we can have it ready.

Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

How big are the rooms and how are they equipped?

It depends on the room type, from cosy 14 m² rooms to family Junior Suites. Each room's size, beds and amenities are listed on the Rooms page.

What services does the hotel offer?

A bar, a ski and bike room, board games and a reception open from 7.30 am to 9 pm, in French and English.

Can I rent ski or bike equipment?

Yes, the hotel offers preferential rates with Chic & Performance. Just ask at reception.
